✅ Returns Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order only if:
• The item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition
• You notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the item

❌ What Can’t Be Returned

Because we import directly from manufacturers to give you the best prices, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or quantity (unless it was our error)
• Products that have been used, worn, or washed
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

🔁 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you can either:
• Get a refund to your original payment method (less any shipping costs)
• Receive a store credit or discount code for future purchases

📦 Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping.
• If the return is due to customer error (e.g. wrong selection), you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
