In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:
    • Defective or damaged
    • Incorrect (not what you ordered)
    • Not as described on our website
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or customer selection errors (unless it was our fault)
  • Refunds or store credits will be issued once returned items are inspected and approved within 7–14 business days

How to Spot a Fake FYIonline Impersonator

  • They sell products using our name or logo, but don't link back to www.fyionline.co.za
  • Their social media or website has no real reviews, proof of shipping, or verified customer engagement
  • They offer prices that seem "too good to be true" — because they probably are
  • They use fake affiliate or discount codes that don't work on our platform
  • They ask for payment via unsecured or untraceable methods (e.g. EFT to personal accounts, WhatsApp orders only)
